News from 2011The Clubhouse Painting was completed on time. 14 folk pitched up to help at various times through the week, including 3 ladies. Many thanks to all of those, and a huge round of applause for Vic Wilson who organised and managed the project, and was on site and working all week long. All the exterior walls and woodwork were re-painted/varnished, and the Clubhouse now looks in fine fettle. Winter Competitions Cards: Many thanks to Dave Harbron. He has produced a set of several hundred cards for the winter 6*6*6 & Texas Scramble Fellmen competitions. The Fellmen have provided 10 pin placement markers for use on the holes where the bottom of the pins cannot be seen from the fairways: 1, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 The repairs to the practice driving net have been completed by the Fellmen; a new net panel has been inserted.
